Steve's Dominica: Happy Planet Index misplaces Caribbean islands (and is a less happy report because of it)

    I just downloaded it too Steve and I was shocked by the lack of SIDS in the listings. I saw Jamaica up there and T&T was somewhere on there too but no Dominica and its neighbours. As you mentioned the last report they had out, I believe in 2007 ranked Dominica 4th and then in the next one, we're nowhere to be found. Very disappointing...
